At Lentu, we want you to feel confident trying our bars for the first time. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: 
If you don’t love your order, simply let us know within 30 days of your purchase and we’ll issue a full refund for food items. For non-food items, we will provide a pre-paid return label and provide a refund once the product is received. 

How it works:

1. Email us hello@lovelentu.com with your order number.
2. Share your feedback (optional, but it helps us improve!).
3. We’ll process your refund to your original payment method. For non-perishable items, we will provide a return shipping label and process your refund once the return is received.
